Live life of happiness from the relationship of nature

The quality of our lives in terms of happiness, peace, and security mostly derive from the quality of our relationships.  If there is generally a lot of love and happiness in our relationships we ourselves feel this. However when there is a break in any of our primary relationships then it tends to weigh on us either consciously or unconsciously.
The ability to heal broken relationships tends to be at times hard, whether it comes from us not wanting to admit we are wrong, or simply the fear or pain of trying to work through the situation with the other.
We should not be hard on ourselves for this inability to forgive or seek forgiveness. You may come to realize over time that it is very hard for any person to do successfully. If you look closely, you may see that even if you do try and mend the situation with the other you both may still carry with you the hurt from the situation, which keeps a feeling of distance between both of you.
The good news is there is a very simple and amazing way to mend any relationship and to allow for forgiveness to fully take place.
When two people get hurt between themselves it is the pain within them that is destroying the relationship. It is this pain that makes it so difficult to try and heal the relationship. The mind of any person is built in such a way that it wants to feel pleasure and joy, and wants to avoid pain. So when hurt arises in life the mind is quick to try and suppress and resist this pain.

The simplest and most effective way to heal a relationship is for you to get in touch with the pain that has been triggered and to allow yourself to fully experience it. It may not be a comfortable thing to do. But if you do, you will see the results. Thats why we call it as Art of Experiencing the Pain.
See if you can embrace this wisdom and try it out yourself! We would love to hear your experiences around this principle. We have watched this works for tens of thousands of people across the planet, so it would be great to hear your experiences. This art is been taught in our processes and we take you through a deep process where this experiencing happens.
